We offer Jazz and Tap classes in Otorohanga and Te Kuiti.

Our preschool classes incorporate fun props, character development, and rhythm keeping to help engage your child and build confidence. From there our classes teach the foundations of the style by building strength, flexibility, and technique. There is the option of sitting exams and/or medal tests once a year and a end of year recital. Please join us as we create a vibrant dance community for all ages!

Our Otorohanga classes are based at Otewa Hall, approximately 10 minutes out of town. Te Kuiti classes are run out of the Scout Hall.

Our tiny twirlers class is designed for 2-4 year olds and incorporates fun props and movements to inspire a love of dance.

Our pre-grade classes for children aged 4-7 allow children to build confidence, form friendships, and develop a love of dance.

Build technique and flexibility while enjoying a style inspired by broadway, latin, contemporary, ballet, hiphop and more.

Fees 2026

Below are our termly fees for 2026. Once a uniform is confirmed the prices will be added to the below information. Until then your dancer is welcome to come dressed in clothes that they find comfortable and allow them to move freely.

Pregrade classes - ages 4-7

These classes are ideal for the younger dancer. They are a wonderful progression on from our tiny twirlers class or a great starting point for new dancers to be introduced to the world of dance in structured classes that follow a national syllabus. These classes teach musicality, rhythm, and storytelling through a range of beautiful steps and mimes. They honour the beauty and innocence of childhood by using popular songs for children and fun props that are age appropriate. T

Tap - for ages 7 onwards

Make some noise and let your feet do the talking in our exciting Tap Dance classes! Full of rhythm, energy, and creativity, tap is all about creating music with your feet while having a fantastic time. Suitable for students aged 7 and above, these classes follow the NZAMD syllabus, offering a clear and rewarding pathway for progression.
